What's New in the dc.sage Web Space

Note that dc.sage has recently modified the web access policy. Many sections of the dc.sage web space are now accessible only to registered members of dc.sage. If you are attempt to access a page that requires a login ID and password, you must join dc.sage (or rejoin if you ignored all the E-mail) in order to see them.

Pages that require authentication will be preceeded with a red icon ( ) to indicate that they are accessible only to registered members. Pages that are freely accessible without authentication will be preceeded by a non-red icon (   ,   ).

Newest Changes to the Web Space

March 2000

Created a list of discounts and deals available to dc.sage members. You'll need your web ID and password to get here.

February 2000

At long last ... a form to reset your web password if you forgot it.

November 1999

Created a new membership form that asks all the right questions to prospective new members. Part of completion of this form involved writing a privacy policy for members and prospective members.

We've created a My Netscape channel so that you can keep track of dc.sage events on your own portal page. Click on this link to add dc.sage to your My Netscape page.

October 1999

Added a chats page with the intent of getting people talking to each other in real time online.

May 1999

The front page was cleaned up, and made much smaller for faster loading. Some pointers to obsolete pages were fixed, others were updated.

April 1999

This month we enabled the authentication system of the web server and assigned web ID's to all known dc.sage members whom we could reach. If you don't have a web ID yet, you will have to join dc.sage in order to get one. There is now a members-only web page that you may use to test your web ID and password. That page will include pointers to other useful pages.

Archives of the dc.sage Mailing Lists - dc.sage members only We now roll the two chatty lists on a weekly basis. There is much to be learned from these archives.
